Couldn't get it to work
Couldn't get it to work. It projects a small blur on the wall, no documentation on what to do next. Seems like it only works via a mobile app, it has a hdmi port, but won't work from my laptop. Will be returning

No Disney+ plus and Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried to install disney+ on the Nebula cosmos and it would not let me even download the app. I reset the Nebula, reinstalled the updated firmware, emptied the Nebula manager cache and then reached out for support since I was getting nowhere. I even tried to find it on playstore app but still could not install Disney plus. So after sending all the details and screenshots of my problem. Customer support got back to me with a really generic email that did not answer any of my problems. I escalated the problem and asked them to actually read my email instead of replying to me with a standard email and still as promised no-body has bothered to get back to me. I rang them and was told after 72 hours that somebody would contact me and has that happened.... Nope. Avoid this company and its product support. Very disappointed with this company, terrible customer service still my problem is unresolved.

Very bad customer service with slow replies as I’ve ordered a Nebula laser 3 and never got it I had to wait for two to be told I’ll get a refund in 3-5 working days and now it’s been 10 and still nothing

Fraud! Paid for discount code but never got it :(
Paid for a discount code for the new Nebula 3 Laser. I never got an email the 20th november with a discout code. Support never answer my emails. I have sent 20 emails from different accounts. Just stay away. This company is too young and have simpy no service or good manners. :(

I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH THEM AT ALL.
THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD FOR YOU TO RETURN AN ITEM ALTHOUGH IT CLEARY STATES THAT YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR ANY REASON. THEY JUST KEEP DELAYING THE RETURN IT'S NEARLY A MONTH NOW BACK AND FORTH JUST TO GET A LABEL FOR A FAULTY ITEM.

Charged twice for £2k projector and struggling to get a refund
Update 1st July 2022
Honestly thought this company couldn’t get any worse. They took payment from me on the 14th June, £1800. They failed to ship the product. They advised me to purchase directly from Amazon U.K. and they would cancel the order. I did that and the goods arrived the next day. They then said they failed to cancel the order but don’t worry the goods arrived on Saturday. No they didn’t, it’sa Business address and there is no access at the weekends. This was on the 18th of June. I’ve spent the last two weeks asking for a refund as they failed to deliver and couldn’t provide any signature. They point blank refused saying if they did that, then they will be out of pocket for both the projector and the money. What is that about? That’s not my problem, that’s theirs. I escalated this case and got the exact same response from the manager, Shane. He kept saying “don’t worry we will refund you soon”. Guess what. I woke this morning, the 1st of July to an email saying my order is out for delivery. I give up. I’ve put the issue into the hands of my credit card company. I don’t have the time to fight this any longer. What a shambles of a business.

I placed an order for a 4k Laser projector, £2k. It failed to ship for several days so i contact customer services. They advised me to buy from Amazon UK as they had them in stock and they would cancel the direct order with them (also ships from Amazon..), so i did this, now 4K out of pocket.
The Amazon delivery arrived the next day as planned.. the projector truly is very good. However, I was then notified by the same Nebula customer services agent that they failed to stop the shipment coming out from them directly and it had been delivered at work on the Saturday.
I found this hard to believe as my offices don't open on the weekend and they are behind a sealed gate and fence.
I waited for the Monday to check and as thought, no delivery, even though they are telling me it was dropped off on Saturday the 18th June.
I advised them that they hadn't and even offered CCTV for the timing they say it was delivered to prove it. They said they didn't need this, but I would need to wait until the 3rd of July before they can do anything about it... err.. i don't think so....
I've requested they refund the money to me as they have clearly either delivered to the wrong location or not at all, either way, this isn't my fault. They have refused. I've now escalated this to another level, but they too have refused.

I've now put this into the hands of the credit card as a disputed payment.

Finally thoughts.
Great product, let down by poor customer services.

So many issues
Ordered a projector costing almost £600 on Saturday, delivered the following day via Amazon (who Nebula use for their distribution/shipping) - Amazon driver dropped the projector over a 1.5 meter gate which was the first issue. Upon opening the Nebula box (inside the Amazon box) it appeared a bit dirty and there were little 'bits' on things. Hmmm. Made me wonder if a used unit was reboxed and sold as 'new' (see another reviewer's comments on this below). On testing the unit itself, there were lots of issues evident - the worst of which was what looks like dust and scratches on the inside of the lens! Other issues were bluetooth dropout with JBL speaker (which works perfectly with other devices) and image quality poor (possibly something to do with the crap all over the lens). Initiated a complaint/warranty return through Nebula's website and have heard NOTHING. I would like this item collecting and a refund provided without delay. FWIW, I have re-ordered the same model this time directly from Amazon (as they have a policy on high value items where a code has to be given to the delivery driver - meaning they should NOT be dropping this over a gate without attempting delivery) and will give the Nebula Solar Portable a second chance. I will update this review once I have heard back from Nebula regarding the faulty unit and awful delivery experience, my refund processed, and once the new unit ordered direct from Amazon has been tested. In all, a terrible experience so far!

This product has no zoom capabilities BUT the key manual setting gives plenty of headroom to combat that issue, as for compatibility, visuals, sound and set up/ usage. It is the easiest, comfortable, and best projector I have EVER used. I recommend this unit to everyone who wants indoor/ outdoor cinema. And it doubles up as a very high quality Bluetooth/ wireless hifi speaker set up. And daytime watching is flawless. More than clear enough. Also very clear picture with indoor lights on or off. Best money I ever spent

Good products ruined by planned obsolescence
It's a company that makes really cool products like its range of can size projectors but the problem is they don't last long and they are pricey. There is no technical service, no replacement nor spare parts service and the warranty period is just 1 year.

SOLD USED AS NEW
Unresponsive customer service. Customer service had no idea when my order would ship or arrive. They said they couldn't cancel my order. They said there were no supervisors or managers to help. I left request for callbacks. No response. Product arrived late, dirty, with loose cords, and empty plastic bags in box. It appears very used.

Great product overall
Great product overall. Easy to set up and use and great image quality. Sound is really good and provides good experience with movies in larger settings.

The apps will likely get better as they put more work in developing so it should get better and better. Today it feels a little light and clunky.

The major issue with Nebula is its remote. It looks cheap and works only part of the time. Has trouble connecting to the Nebula and drives me crazy. I use my phone most of the time to cover for it, but its less than perfect when you navigate Amazon Prime.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication, fast delivery. Product is outstanding as expected. I would highly recommend it to others - which I already did. The only negative is the absence of Nebula/Anker presence in Europe.

I LOVE the Nebula as a projector
I LOVE the Nebula as a projector, but some of the apps on the app store like Google Play Music and Movies Anywhere don't work.
